Faced with this situation, the City Council of Bilbao and the Provincial Council of Bizkaia are supporting the creation of the NETWORK of AGENCIES in BILBAO and BIZKAIA, consisting of firms and organisations that are committed to the achievement of better time management and the reconciliation of work and family and personal life.

Guggenheim Museum Bilbao

The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao opened in 1997 as the materialisation of an exceptional partnership between the Basque authorities and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation.

The highest governing bodies at the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Foundation are the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee. The Museum’s everyday operations are organised into sundry areas of activity attached to General Management: the General Secretariat, Human Resources and Quality, the Committee for Events, Exhibitions and Conservation, Image and Communication, Digital Information, Development, and Finances.

It has a permanent workforce of 91 people (66 women and 25 men).
